1. Who we are
F1 Performance LLC ("F1 Performance," "we," "us," or "our") provides ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, paint correction, and auto detailing services in Chino, California and the surrounding Inland Empire and Orange County areas. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website at f1autoperformance.net (the "Site") and through our booking and service processes.
This policy is designed to reflect the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"). It applies to California residents and to all visitors of the Site.
2. Information we collect
We collect the categories of personal information described below. We only collect what we need to quote, schedule, and perform our services and to operate the Site.

| Photos you provide | Images of your vehicle that you share for a quote or that we take to document our work. |
We do not intentionally collect "sensitive personal information" as defined by the CCPA (such as government IDs, precise geolocation beyond your service address, or financial account logins).
3. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you submit a booking or quote request, call or text us, email us, or message us on social media.
- Automatically through cookies and analytics tools when you use the Site (see our Cookie Policy).
- From our service providers, such as our scheduling/CRM and payment platforms, when you book or pay.
4. How we use it
- To prepare quotes and schedule, confirm, and perform your services.
- To process payments and maintain records of transactions.
- To communicate with you about appointments, follow-ups, and service questions.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- With your consent, to show before/after photos of completed work (we will not publish identifying details such as your license plate without permission).
5. How we share it
We share personal information with the categories of recipients below.
Service providers
- Booking & scheduling — our booking provider, DetailerMade, manages appointments and availability. The booking form on our Site is embedded from DetailerMade; the information you enter there is submitted to DetailerMade and handled under its own privacy policy.
- Payments — our payment processor completes transactions.
- Hosting & infrastructure — Netlify hosts and delivers the Site.
Advertising & analytics partners
With your consent, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads tags, plus analytics. These technologies share online identifiers and activity (such as pages viewed and actions taken) with Meta and Google so we can measure our marketing and show ads to people who have visited our Site. Under California law this is considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. These tags load only after you accept; we apply Meta's Limited Data Use and Google Consent Mode for California visitors.
You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through our cookie banner, the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business. We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. Cookies & tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and (with your consent) advertising through the Meta Pixel and Google Ads. Advertising and analytics tags load only after you accept; you can decline or change your choice anytime through the cookie banner or the footer "Cookie Preferences" link. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business and legal purposes — typically the duration of our customer relationship plus the period required by tax, warranty, and recordkeeping rules. We then delete or de-identify it.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads with your consent). We honor your cookie choice and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. We do not sell personal information for money.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (note: we do not use it for purposes that trigger this right).
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section, or see our CCPA Notice for the full process. We will verify your request by confirming information we already hold (such as your name and the phone or email used to book). You may use an authorized agent. We honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests.
10. Sale or sharing of data
F1 Performance does not sell personal information for money. With your consent, we do share online identifiers and Site activity with Meta and Google for cross-context behavioral advertising (the Meta Pixel and Google Ads). You can opt out at any time via our cookie banner, the footer "Cookie Preferences" link, or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, and these tags do not load unless you accept.
11. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected with reasonable prominence.
