Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at f1autoperformance.net (the "Site") and the services provided by F1 Performance LLC ("F1 Performance," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Our services

We provide ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, paint correction, and auto detailing services. Service descriptions, packages, and any pricing shown on the Site are for general information and may change. A binding price is the written quote we provide for your specific vehicle and selected services.

2. Quotes, booking & estimates

Quotes are based on the vehicle information you provide and a visual assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's actual condition, size, or required preparation differs from what was described (for example, additional paint correction, contamination, or prior coatings/wraps that must be removed). We will discuss any change with you before performing additional work.

3. Scheduling, deposits & cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed through our booking system based on availability.
• We may require a deposit to reserve certain appointments; deposit and cancellation terms will be disclosed at booking.
• Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit a deposit.

4. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice, typically on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are processed through our booking/payment provider. You are responsible for any fees, chargebacks, or collection costs arising from non-payment.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
• Remove personal belongings and valuables before service. We are not responsible for items left in or on the vehicle.
• Disclose known mechanical issues, leaks, aftermarket modifications, prior repairs, or sensitive areas.
• Pick up your vehicle promptly after completion, or as scheduled for mobile service.

6. Vehicle condition & pre-existing damage

Many vehicles have pre-existing conditions — swirl marks, scratches, chips, oxidation, dents, rust, failing clear coat, or prior repairs and repaints — that may become more visible after detailing or may affect coating, wrap, or correction results. We document vehicle condition where practical. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions that are revealed, but not caused, by our work. Vinyl wrap removal can lift failing or aftermarket paint; we are not liable for damage to paint that was not properly cured or factory-applied.

7. Warranties

Certain products we install (such as ceramic coatings and paint protection film) may carry a manufacturer warranty. Any such warranty is provided by the manufacturer subject to its terms, registration, and maintenance requirements, which we will share where applicable. Our workmanship is warranted only as expressly stated in writing for your service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, F1 Performance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of use, arising out of or related to our services or the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Photography & marketing

We may photograph or video vehicles we service to document our work and, with your consent, to feature in our portfolio and marketing. You can decline by telling us before your appointment. We will not publish obviously identifying details such as your license plate without your permission.

The decorative background animation on the Site is computer-generated brand imagery created with AI tools. It is illustrative only and does not depict customer vehicles or completed work. All photographs in our Gallery and Reviews show real customer vehicles serviced by F1 Performance.

10. Website use & intellectual property

The Site, including its design, the F1 Performance name and logo, text, and images, is owned by F1 Performance or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission. You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation.

11. Third-party links & tools

The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as booking, payment, maps, or social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here with the current "Last updated" date governs your use. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
